this is my first grow. i switched lighting to 12/12 a week ago and now my plant is droopy and curling down. i only used tap water

What size pots? Be sure to let the soil get dry before watering. Its very imposrtant for cannabis plants to get oxygen to there roots.

I think it needs re potted to a bigger pot. Let it dry out good, because a few taps on the sides and by holding the stem between your fingers at the soil and turn upside down. It will slide right out and into a pot that will give the roots room to breath:thumbsup:

50 percent of your plant is under ground. So, if you look at your growth, you can tell there are as many roots:thumbsup::rasta:
