I'm starting my first hydro grow. I recently bought a 12 site ebb n grow type system with the 55 gal res. I have decided to use the sure to grow inserts as a grow medium. I have a 1000 watt nextgen ballast. With that being said the last descision I have to make is nutrients.I bought the organic buddha grow and bloom already then found out from the manufacturer they dont advise using it in a hydro situation. So here I am.I need to buy a nutient system that is synthetic and first time user friendly. What are your suggestions? I'm open to all and any. Please suggest a system you have already used that produced well with little to no problem.Simple if you will, for a first time idiot like myself.
Hope you can help.

General hydroponics got a floranova super concentrated nutrient i guess its a one part formula but there is two bottles one floranova grow and one floranova bloom

Does it have to be super concentrated cause i use the General hydroponics 3 part and it works pretty good also simple but only for a base u would need to buy additives just one or two of some good shit like liquid karma to add to it for a little boost

GH 3-Part will work fine on its own till you get your legs under you after a few grows you might want to try an additive or 2 but not super neccesary. From the info I got from my hydro shop the Floranova is more geared toward soil and the original 3-part for Hydro, if in fact that is the concrete truth I dont know but is what I was told.

this is what i am using this time around.its a heavy feeder. the gh 3 part has a lot of salts in it.if u have the cash u could try canna.its good stuff but expensive.even though i switched nutrients i am still using the other products on a regular basis.

Has anyone tried th Ionic line? I found that they manufacture the prouct in Michigan not to far from my house. Always have to take care of local companys first.

I used the GH 3 part system and works fine and is easy to use. I recently switched over to House and Garden and love it. They are the best I hear. Pricey but really great results:thumbsup:

Disrupt that is true GH 3 part does has a lot of salt cause on the tip of my water tubes there be crystally deposits, i was thinking about Earth Juice cause it's organic(is it good tho) or House and Garden, but also Advance or House which one is better. o yea and ionic don't they make clonex gel the gel works pretty good

Hi there, I'm currently on my first grow, in a wilma 4 pot system, I've used the IONIC Hydro grow for vegging and I've just changed to IONIC BLOOM & BOOST.

I've found it quiet straight forward to used and you will get the correct EC if mixed correctly. Check my pics from previous post.:)

I've ordered from Rhinoseeds.com and had no problem. They come in plan white soft mail pads. They are also in original seed company packaging.

You could try The Single Seed Company, or Attitude seeds, both of have good prices. And Attitude will ship in the growers pack if you tell them to.:smokin:
