Re vegging, can it be done?

I had a small clone, which I flowered, on the off chance it can be sent back into veg cycle, I put it under a CFL for now, until I get my grow room cleared out, I already removed all of the buds, and left quite a bit of leaf. I figure give it another week of pure water, then back to veg nutes. Am I wasting my time here, or is this feasible?
