Hi All,
I've been reading these forums for weeks and gathering as much info as I can about dilution and subbing. I have an non-observed pre-employment UA coming up in the next week or so and have been back and forth about what to do. I'm 6 ft. around 165 lbs. I don't work out, however I walk for 20-30 min everyday. I used to smoke everyday, mostly in the evenings after work and all weekend long for the last 5 years (a-b grade stuff).
After a week of not smoking I followed N2's dilution with just water and got a VERY faint line...I'm talkin' almost a ghost. Needless to say I was tweakin', so I started researching the subbing technique. My wife has been clean for over a year and I have full access to her urine. I would go with Quick Fix but I've been sketched about that stuff...since I read the counterfeit post at UrineLuck.
So in the last week I started taking in creatine monohydrate twice a day and metamucile (sp?) twice a day along with a minimum of 8 (8oz.) glasses of liquid...mostly water, some coffee and cranberry juice. I have also been taking a multi-vitimin every day for the last 7 days.
Today I decided to try N2's dilution again with just water to see where I was at...here is what I did:
1. Started with 16oz. Water
2. Drank 8oz. water every 15 min for the next hour, total (4) 8oz. glasses.
3. Total 48oz. spread out over 60 min.
4. I had my first void 15 min. after I finished the last glass.
5. I drank another 8 oz. after first void.
6. I drank another 8 oz. after second void.
7. I drank anoter 8 oz. after third void.
8. I took the home UA test midstream on the fourth void and BOOM soild negative line...not a ghost.
Now that I know I can get a negative line, I plan on switching water for Gatorade.
My questions are:
1. I've been loading creatine for the last 7 days...should I keep this up until the day of the test? (7-10 more days)
2. Should I take the vitamin dose after my first 48 oz? I plan on using my 4th void for the UA.
3. Am I diluting too much by drinking the 8 oz after the initial voids?
4. How much salt should I add to each 8 oz. of Gatorade to keep my specific gravity up? 1/4tsp or 1/4TBS?
