That is a different handle. You'd do well to transplant into a potting soil in two quart containers with drainage holes in about two weeks. You can get these started pretty well with a 23-26 watt cool white CFL lamp. A 44 watt CFL would be twice as good. A timer for the light is highly recommended. 16 or more hours of light a day. White cardboard reflectors can be set up around the plants to efficiently use the light.
Read up on the basics here, some good 'stickys' in the grow section.

Good luck

oops, missed the deadline...
I have had to leave plants alone under many circumstances. Next month I have to hide my grow (no lights, no water) for five days. Not a worry as they will be in bloom cycle. I'll leave them in the dark and not too moist for only five days. I've done eight days without a trip up.

For my seedlings I'd reduce the lighting but for skrengf's grow style I'd not do that.

1200Lumens is no where near enough light to maintain life... you should read some of the stickys like Shovel said would answer more then 80% of your questions

alright im back from my sisters and my plant died lucky for me i started germinating more befor i left so i got 2 new sapps and they are huge and i mean like 3-4 inches when i took them out hopefully they start to grow they are very white ill post some pics tomarrow to see if they catch on or not im trying to revive my other plant it still gots some green on it so im hoping and as for the light problem i went ahead and got a 200w 120v bulb spitting out 3980 lumens and i got my other bulb in there aswell so i think that will helm alot as for planting pots since these cups are as small as shot glasses im going to transplant as soon as the plants are stable and can take the shock
