I went to the Smokeout Fest here in SoCal on Saturday and stopped by a booth to get my License, which I think I did but it is a paper not a card? Can I buy my medicine now or not? Thank you in advance for any light that can be shed.

All the reccomendations I've seen are a paper incuding mine and it works fine.
