I have severely diminished lung capacity and really don't need much smoke. I've never tried a vaporizer and want to by one. Problem is I'm broke!
Is an Aromacare or wooden block type found on ebay, better than nothing. I can only afford $50 as it will be a gift.
What's the cheapest Vaporizer you can buy that works and the next one up?

Stay far away from those cheap Chinese knock-off vapes that you find on ebay.
I would have recommended a VaporGenie (55.00), but being that you have severely diminished lung capacity, it eliminates that one, so............I recommend the next step up.........the LaunchBox made by MagicFlight (80.00). Reviews and info can be found here........Fuck Combustion - Vaporizer Forum / The Magic-Flight Box Review (http://www.fuckcombustion.com/viewtopic.php?id=909)

I'll second the Launch Box. It won't hit hard if you load light, but it will deliver. I'm a little confused about your statement that you want a vape, but it'll be a gift. :wtf:
The only electric models you'll find for around $50 are the cheapies on eBay and they have no warranty other than what the reseller may offer. If you gotta go for one of those, look for the Easy Vape. That one has a 5 yr. warranty when sold by dealers for $150, and none at eBay prices, but at least it's somewhat reliable.

As far as the gift thing, I was told I would get $50 to put toward a vape. Thanks for the info.

Problem is, is that no one seems to know where to send it in for warranty repairs. Best guess is the Yuanchen province in southern China. ;)

But the dealers who sell it for $150 have to have a distributor, at least, to honor the 5 yr. warranty. You'd have to go through the reseller you bought from, and hope they're still in business.
But the Easy Vape on eBay, at those under $100 prices, has no 5 yr. warranty. You only get what the reseller provides-30 days, 7 days, nothing-whatever the auction says. If you buy cheap you cross your fingers and hope for the best.

i found a vaporite nano 007 on ebay for 50 bucks ($10 off sale) bout 6 months ago and its a beast.Came from a shop in the US shipped quick no warranty but already definitely got my money worth. next cheapest is a easy vape my friend got 1. i didnt like it the angled burner made for some spillage and burning black of contents because the contents fall onto the burner. Vaporite has a unique whip that insert horizontally into a heated glass chamber with horizontal heater at end of chamber. Digital display can go past 500. Good operation temp reads on display as 460 it takes about 25-35min to heat. When set temp is reached it cools down 20 points then heats back to temp. This repeats in cycles till it is turned off or temp is changed. I inhale deep and hard to get a big hit.Its small and inconspicuous comes with a thin black string drawn bag i use, I hang it on my door. enjoy.

Another cheap Chinese knock-off. Stay away from these.

Just a question, is the problem with these, the warranty or the way they work?

Literally STANK. The hose was made of flimsy, soft plastic that smelled bad. Even after the hose was replaced and the unit was run on high for a couple of hours- it still smelled bad! I wouldn't buy one. :(

Both..........plus, health issues due to possible toxins in the vapor path.

and was wondering your thoughts on the Fuji vaporizer. I saw a review on some other site and the guy took it apart and basically said they are all the same parts. I bought one and am waiting for it.
Anyone ever try it? I got it from Dizzy Indian - One-Stop Vaporizer & Accessory Shop (http://www.dizzyindian.com) which had them listed for the cheapest.
Thanks
