Are These Plants all Healthy?

Its my first grow they are about 3 1/2 weeks old now.

put the plants closer to the light, as you can see in some of the pictures that they are stretching a little bit to find it themselves.

What kind of lights are you using?

Other than that they look pretty healthy to me.

Its prob one of the worst set-ups just 2 - 23 watt cfl's all i can use but in the process of building a box for them.
