Im new here, but not to the Modesto area. Whats the scoop on dispensaries for this area? Why are we not planting us some Store fronts right here. We NEED them. What is stopping everyone? I have tried to find out why we don't have any(that i know of) but can't seem to find an answer. I think they are great for the area. Some family want to proceed with them in this area, where do you start the process? Thanks

Also, Hypothetically i open a store front for cannabis. run it legit. but the cops don't like it. they come in and "raid"me. Am i going to jail, or are they taking everything and i have to close down for the day. how can they stop me from having a store front if i operate in a proper sense no b.s.
