well hello i see there is every part of California menchend her but one the good old central coast Cali the best weather and the people are friendly .
well just to give you some back ground .the good old santa barbara county is were i live .only one problem ,my city has a uncooperative way of dealing with people who inquire about business license .
that's why we formed a nonprofit org. Culture Eye Zone .Having had open since 2004 .
3 march of 2008 s.b. gang task force executed a warrant .i guess narcotic officers had something else to do .
