i am growing street shwag for the first time, i planted the seed about 1/2 in deep in regular potting soil. ive got it outside in direct sun. What do i do for the best quality and fast growing? How big will it get in what amount of time?

We answered your questions when your screenname was KrazyReefer07. You won't know anything about your strain since it is just schwagg and the genetics are unknown. Buy a few growbooks, study them, then buy quality genetics so you will know what you are dealing with and the character qualities of the strain. Putting a few months of effort into a plant with unknown genetic potential is a waste of time. You cannot make crappy genetics grow into high quality cannabis. A plant will not exceed it's genetic potential even in perfect conditions. That is the limiting factor.

While you might be right, it could be good practise for when you finally decide to invest in good seeds. Practice on schwagg, perfect on dank :D

That could be true. The way I see it is, why take the time and risk unless you are going to benefit greatly from it? There are plenty of cheap strains out there that are great for beginners. Take Skunk#1 for example. :)

Hi Gibson,
It's as good a way to start as any. A journey of a thousand miles, and all that. I started growing one night long ago, when I was out of weed and thinking; "what have I got to lose?" Looked in my stash box, under the couch, etc., found about 12 seeds and planted them in some dirt I dug up outside the apartment building I lived in at the time. Kept them near a window, results were pretty lame, but you learn as you go. If you ask questions here, I'm sure that many of us will be able to contribute helpful advice, as well as funny stories.
Gibson's a cool screen name; I've got a '71 LGO acoustic. Was raised in an orthodox Fender family though.
