More light is always good, Your plants seem to be on their second set of true leaves, which is about right with the light you've been giving them.
Patience is what growing is all about :) , just give them time, more light, and some TLC and you should be good.. try to enclose the area you're working with so no light can escape, theres hundreds of forum threads around here with box setups and designs, most of them pretty cheap too.
Short story is just do more reading, and when you think you know everything, read some more.
Good luck!

those were at ten days old? I would say they are going pretty slow. look at mine those were at like 12days and so much larger. maybe you do need better lighting.

it wasnt the lighting it was a ph problem, my ph was at 8.1 when i checked it, i think thats what did it

Are those fluorescent bulbs T-12's?....if so?...they need to be within 1 or 2 inches of the leaves. .. and the bulbs need to be 5000-6500K.

T-12's won't burn the leaves. You have to much stretching. ..and you don't need any nutes yet.

yep one cool white one warm white, theyre not stretchd at all maybe thats the way i took the pic. they,re about 3-4 inches high and the light is an inch from the tops, also you may have noticed that this is a hydro grow so i believe some neuts are necessary as the rockwool cubes are inert, soil on the other hand has nutrients in it so the plant takes up these as it needs them. I didnt start the nutes until week 2. Its special seedling feed and im using half strength with no signs of nute burn or defficiencies

a bit stretched but they aren't really growing that slow, they are only 10 days old, be patient.
