Outdoor Commercial Strain

I'm sorry if this has been posted before.

Ok, I'm looking for an outdoor commercial strain. preffably dominate Indica but Sativas will do. I live in a high humidity area(NC) so it needs to be fairly mold resistent. It needs to be of good quality. And the biggest factor is the yeild. I need a plant that produces an amazing yeild. (450g/m2 Plus). Also, It needs to be feminized. Lookin to grow 40+ pounds with about 40-45 plants.
Any help/advice is appriciated.

we'll, my biggest problem is keeping it hidden from planes and choppers. Im a good ways out in the woods so im not worried about ppl stumbling upon it. Planes and choppers fly over weekly though. Thats why i wanted indica so i could keep it small. Since i want 45 plants, if there sativa and grow up to 12 feet high, thats not exactly keeping a low profile. Is there a way to grow nice high yeilding sativas while keeping them hidden from arial view?
PS. are there any good mold resident indica strains or indica/sativa?
