Hi Everyone, I'm new to California and to legal marijuana. I have my Dr. recommendation, so all is good. I have my own catering business and I wanted to know how to go about selling Cannabis Edibles to dispenseries in Orange County and LA.

Does anyone know proper edicate for this? What is the best way to approach a dispensery that I want to sell to? Do dispenseries only work with one baker or would most be open to stock variety from a few? Also, does anyone know how the pay works for product? Consignment? Cash? ETC...

Thanks to anyone that has info!:D:jointsmile:

At the minimum, "food handler's card" which involves getting a TB test, and likely a business license and a "squeaky clean" kitchen able to pass government inspection. Good luck!

it's all about networking with the clubs. You have to get to know the people that work at the cannabis clubs. Talk to them about your baked goods. Most will tell you to bring in a few samples and then they will decide if they want to carry your stuff. It's pretty much as simple as that. If they like it, they will usually sell it for you...pricing and payment is going to vary from every club. Just talk to them....the people are generally very nice and informative. Good luck and happy baking!

Hi Notori, I own a dispensary in Long Beach and I'm actually looking to expand my edible selection. I'd like to get in contact with you....
