weird help please

I have weird looking pods or seeds growing on the stem of my plants can anyone tell me what this is also i know its not a good pic for determining if its ready for harvest but i think im ready any suggestion / answers would be great thanks:rastasmoke::rastasmoke:

the"pods or seeds"on the stem are a plant defect(to late to worry about now),if you think its ready,snip a small piece off dry it,smoke it,if it has the desired effect...harvest!!hope this helps,happy tokin:jointsmile:
