This one and my afghan went into flower 1 or 2 weeks later. This chang doesn't look good at all. She hasn't had a bad life and no bug problems yet, well not any major ones. Damn thosse little fruit flies or whatever they are!

The Afghan is super healthy looking but theres some slight damage on some leaves and I don't know if it's just me but on the pic "birds eye" her leaves don't look to good if ya look closely their colouring is off.

Looks like it could be a root problem from too small of pots. Transplant with some good potting soil. The chang looks like its just getting close to harvest time.

Are you using regular tap water or RO/distilled water?

Just plain 'ol tap water, usually a little warm so I don't frieten the roots with cold! i don't have anything to balance the PH. I live in a hard water area, I have nutes that i use evry other water which is specifically made for UK growers and for hard water!

Yeah then it's definitely from the build-up in your tap water, maybe chlorine damage even. If possible try to use clean water like RO water or distilled but other than the small spots your plants look quite decent. PH is really important, you could get small PH test strips that you can just dip in the water to check it or even better the little plastic vial you put indicator drops in and judge the PH by the color. You can find this anywhere that sells pool test supplies but don't use their PH up and down it's the wrong stuff lol.

Lemon juice will lower PH and baking soda will raise it but baking soda is high in sodium and must be used very sparsely or you will have toxic sodium levels.
Better to get the real Ph up and down made for plants from a hydro shop.

Definitely get your PH under control and with clean water you should have literally perfect plants considering your plants already look good and well taken care of.

Where did the side branches go...?
What are you using for lighting, and did you let it get too close to those burned leaves? (CFL burn?)
You can usually call an aquarium store close to your house, and ask what local water ph is. This should give you a pretty good idea idea on which direction your water needs to be nudged. (if any) A ph test kit or ph pen is virtually mandatory, but each has it's limitations.
If the water smells like chlorine, let it sit out overnight to evaporate the gas. (chlorine is a gas) If it doesn't smell like chlorine, definatelly not a chlorine poisoning issue.
Those occational spots on leaves can be from a number of things from bugs to nutrient splashes. Might even be something simple like from a neighboring leaf irritating 'em.
What brand of nutrients are you using with every other watering? Most nutrients are a once a week thing. Unless you know how to adjust to keep the weekly totals in line with manufacturers recommendation, should likely follow directions to a tee.

A few minor issues, but overall pertty nice.
