Best lighting for flower room??

Guys:

I am a newbe and appreciate this web site, I have learned a lot.

In "simple terms" that I can under stand, what is the best lighting to buy for my flower room?? My specs are 8 plants and my flower room size will be 6 x 6 x 8 feet. Right now I have shop light (florescent) for my veg space.

Budget not a big issue so what is the best lights to get based on my plant # and my veg room size ??

in short, you will want a 1000W HPS or two 600W HPS'. at least, that's what i'd go with. i'm sure others will chime in.
