I have 4 healthy female plants 1 & 1/2 weeks into flowering. I just sexed them on Tuesday and the male's I killed we're showing alot of roots on the outside of the root ball. The males we're just a little bigger than the females but I'm wondering if it is safe to transplant them to bigger pots in the early flower stage. They are roughly 23 & 1/2 tall and 20 inches wide. Currently using 3 gallon pots, thinking about switching to five gallon. They have been transplanted twice and I didn't notice any effects of stress or delay. Opinions?

I would transplant - give the roots some room for the rest of flower
Stress from being rootbound is a lot more harmful than minor transplant stress (if any at all).

ur going to have to be gentle when transplant in the flowering stage as if done wrong /do damage to the plant it will put flowering back a wk or 2.
make sure u water the plant before u transplant this will help to de stress the plant a bit!
peace and love
