Over the weekend I got an underage drinking ticket and my dumb ass tried to run away so I was searched. They took away my cigarette stopper (pinchy) which probably contained minor resin. I've heard that they can charge you for possesion by testing the residue. I was charged in Wisconsin and I have to appear at court next month (november). When they released me they didn't say anything about the pinchy or a possesion ticket, I was charged with an underage but they didn't give the pinchy back to me. I was wondering what my options are, if I should get a lawyer, advise on the situation etc.

Well sucks to be growing up in Washburn area. I have had that same pleasure but caught a few larger charges then that. You will be fine never sign anything without a lawyer and you will be fine. I would only pay a fine if I were you and not get stuck with probation cause the agents around your area really suck and they get vendetta like attitudes. Go with a free lawyer if you must but always be your own advocate of your rights cause at the end of the day your the only one looking out for you. oh and don't just love spooner and trego and minong people....so hillbilly yet so gansta.
