ok,i planted 4 seeds i got from a small bag of weed(cheese)and some "bagseed"(brown bushweed i call it)on the 26/4/09.within a wk all 4 cheese came up,but only 1 bagseed came up(a sativa dominant strain).they where all put in the ground around the 8/5/09.watered them every other day,and once every 2wks fed on miracle-gro all purpose soluble plant food.by mid june i had to dig 2 up and put them in pots(they had loads of room as seedlings-lol)i removed the small table from the g/house and put the pots in its place(1cheese/1sativa).the g/house has net curtains all over to stop prying eyes.i use tap water, left 24hrs or more,by the end of july/beginning of august they had shown sex, what luck-all girls!i switched to canna terra flores with canna boost and PK13/14.near harvest now so plain water now!pics coming soon(jus need 2 work out how-lol).happy tokin peeps!!

Looking real good , those buds are fattening up nice , you must be close to the finishing line.

Hope your hard work pays off.

p.s.. I've got a similar greenhouse lined up for next year , I've got to take it all apart then reassemble which will be a pain but a nice project before the growing season starts again.

LOL That sativa looks real scrawny compared to them cheese,

by the way did you say they're in the ground or pots?.Are all the plants in the pics still going or have you harvested any?.

Good Growin.

cheese in pot gets the chop tues,2 cheese in ground a wk or so,last cheese in ground a wk after, not sure bout the clone(v.small buds),sativa is whenever! got my g/house from a neighbour,so i took the glass out and carried the frame(with help).also next year i will grow less(for more space)and prune them(for height reasons),so shorter, bushier plants is my goal!!

Luckily there's a hydro warehouse on an industrial estate 5 mins away , so I have no excuse for not buying the best (I'm such a cheapskate), I went over last year expecting it to be scary gangsters running the business but was surprised it was some hippy fella who gave me and my mate a guided tour of all the products he was selling. -Just had a flashback 'I'm sure he sells seeds aswell'.

nice, there is a small lighting shop v.near me,its also a hydro shop, seeds too.he stocks-greenhouse seed co-big buddha-dutch passion and low ryder!!i know i've been well lucky this yr,but fem seeds gotta be better!!p.s. that bit of bud was all i chopped, cut it into small bits and put it in the airing cupboard.jus smoked some, bit harsh(quick dry)but does the job!!

Looks good , I'm still debating if to get normal, feminised or auto's for next year ,don't want to pay a fortune because I'm only a novice , and must be early flowering (don't want to go this late again),.

I'll keep this strain in mind though because I will probaly go for feminised.

Thanks.

a 30x loupe is perfect mate:thumbsup:have to dissagree with your bro, you can't tell by the color of the hairs the trichs is the best way to tell, clear trichs aren't ripe and will be not be very strong milky are ripe trichs and will give you a mhch heavier high and amber trichs are over ripe but will give you more of a couch lock buzz, 80%milky and 20% amber is what i aim for but with this shitty uk weather sometimes not possible.i've heard someone else mention trimming a week befor harvest to stress the plant, never tried it so not sure if thats a good thing or not let us know if it makes any differance:D

sorry everyone, been very busy.i had to harvest,i read last night weedmaster telling about the rain down south, until this wk i had NO complaints bout the weather, but 2 days of rain..shit,i lost about 1/3 of my crop to MOLD:mad:i've left some lower, smaller buds to develop a bit more and the clone and sativa are untouched!heres whats left and...my harvest so far!

You should get some rolls of plastic and cover your plants ,rain is a problem I'm glad I don't need to deal with ,it's just the moisture build up but as I said in my thread mine has a flap so I can lift it off the front and top , but with this grim weather I don't think I will be removing it much,

I'm worried more by these cold night's I can't see us getting any more freak hot weather now, but I remember in 2003 when it was t-shirt weather in december so there is hope.

Good luck with your drying that room looks fine.

Looking good busybee ,have a nice time in spain ,you timed it well to have most of them finished,

unfortunately my hard drive on my pc has fried and shuts down every five minutes so I may be off for a while but I'll try and keep things updated ,

I think my plant is ready any time soon ,sample smoke was ok,leaves are yellowing so I'm just giving water from now on.(trichs mostly clear).

wow busy soz about your greenhouse ,

did you get plenty of leaf off your sativa ? , every now and again i'll get a good bud but mine was mostly leaves but covered in crystal so I got some nice hash ,here's a pic , it's a bit green but it does the job.

my clone has still got a bit to go (I've just updated some pics) ,my g'house has lasted well even though I threw it up in an hour ,I don't know if to rip it down when I'm finished or leave it up and see if it makes it through the winter.

Can you get holland's hope in feminised ?. or are you just getting normal ?. I may go with the same as you and we can compare our plant's.

Hollands hope is a good shout for our climate:thumbsup:what auto's u gonna try? i grew some low ryder2 last year took 100 days from seed to harvest, it says 6 weeks on the tin but outside more like 100 days, small yields i think i averaged about 10-14 grams a plant but can't quite remember, they only grow to about 18 inches but good for a sea of green, and a nice smoke:D

i don't clone my plants so not that clued up, but with auto's i wouldn't think you would be able to clone them as i think but not 100% sure clones are meant to be taken in the veg stage,i think one of the main reasons for this is thats because it doesn't take the plant so long to recover when in veg, so being autos they don't really have much of a veg stage, i'm sure one of the expert growers here could help you out with an acurate answer, more than my guess work, if you find out let us know because if you could clone them i'd like to try next time i do some LR2:stoned:

I read that if you clone an auto the clone will have the same life span as the mother so it's not really worth it.
