Welcome everyone to a grow of new beginnings..
-I have finally come out of my growing hole and found the light..
-Things are coming along in my grow room..
-I have decided to just keep it simple with three plants for this log because i am working 2 jobs rite now..
-I acquired three Clones for this log from a local grower..
-The strains are supposedly Chem Dawg, Purple Kush, and Burmese...
-I received the clones in plastic cups and they were not rooted..(Sep. 4th..)
-After a week the clones were rooted so i transplanted them into 1 gallon containers with black gold seed starter as there medium..(Sep. 11th)
-They are all showing new shoots and great potential...
-Please give any suggestions or comments as they are greatly appreciated and needed as i am still very new to growing...

-Last but not least please toke one for me, kick back and relax, and let the good times roll...:rasta:

For this grow i will be using:
- fox farm nutrients, according to there feeding schedule on the website..
- 4ft t5 for veg..
- 400 watt hps for flowering..
- Black gold seed starter until they are well established in a 1 gallon pot..
- Miracle grow moisture control once they are ready for the 2 gallon..
- Watering once every other day currently with 150ml for each..
- The plants are on a watering schedule of nutrient every other watering..
- water ph: 6.5
- temp: 70f

-Good evening everyone, hope your medicated and feeling good.
-The Burmese and Purple Kush started to drink there water very fast over the past week so i transplanted them into 2 gallon buckets with about 10 nickel size holes cut for drainage and airation.
-Im gonna veg these plants for another 3 weeks, cut clones and then throw em in to flower.
-Im following jerry garcias transplanting schedule from his previous logs and its working great.
-My soil has been miracle grow moisture control mixed with perlite.
-Im watering the Burmese and Purple Kush with 250ml of water every other day currently.
-Is 250ml enough water or should i do more?? This is the only part of my grow that is a bit foggy for me rite now, how much water to give em..Any suggestions??

still new to this, but several grow logs i've read seems to show that people don't water as often as you are now...maybe twice a week...but ofcourse it depends on different factors (soil, temp, ventilation, pot size etc..), so im thinking you should step up the watering about to about 480ml...but please waite for others thoughts since im a newbie....ladies are looking beautiful though

Let your soil get dry to the touch. IMO top inch or two, also compare your pots when they are dry needing water to when they are just watered.(pot weight) I tend to water every 3rd day, But as your plants/root system get bigger you may have to water accordingly. But your roots need time to breath can't be consistently wet all the time or they will become root rot  Best of luck to ya plants look nice, Chem dawg looks a lil stretched. Egh still looks nice tho.

If that really is chemdawg I would make sure I keep a few clones of that, as it being REZDOG Gear. Not the cheapest genetics but its well worth it as its some powerful smoke if grown proper.

Welcome M.P. It should be a great show.. The chemdawg is starting a bit skinny but maybe thats just how it grows?

Thought i would snap a few today..A little bit of growth since the 3rd. I am giving the Purple Kush and Burmese 600ml of water every 4 days or so and they are loving it..The chemdawg is getting 200ml every other day.

BP, the plants are looking great.....dont worry about the exact measurements of the water.....your plants will tell you if they have too much/little water....They look great...personally i wouldnt change a thing....

One suggestion though....when using FF Tiger Bloom.....Only use half of the dosage.....trust me....this stuff will throw the PPM threw the roof....I NEVER USE more than 1 tsp....NEVER....and that is only when i use no grow big.

Good lUck

not to parrot killa, but i agree with what he said about watering. there are so many different factors involved that no one can really tell you when and how much to water. just water until you get a little (10% or so) run-off....when they need it of course.

they look amazing by the way!!!

Thanks for stopping in Cartman. I am very excited to see this log get rolling as well. I don't think i will be topping these ladies just because they are pretty short plants as is. Do u think i should top/train them?

Wow. What a month of changes all over the site. It is good to see everyone growing some dank plants as you are all inspiration to me.

I just got done watering the Burmese and Purple kush with a half gallon of fresh water,ph 6.5.. They finally had 10% runoff on this watering so im happy i found the right amount after all this guessing.

Today i recieved my order from Nirvana.. 5 feminized Wonder Woman, 5 Feminized Bubblelicious..I have been hearing some mixed oppinions on fem seeds lately so i think i am gonna purchase some dutch master reverse for this batch because i cannot afford any hermies..

The plants are looking good, the chemdawg has stopped stretching and is developing nice arms.

The purple kush and burmese are growing very short and compact and i am loving it!! They are turning into bushes..

I have taken down the old flowering box made out of wood and black plastic and built a 4x4x6.5 grow tent, framed with 3/4 inch pvc and some tees and corners. Covered it with the thick panda film, cut out (2) 6 inch intake/outake holes.

The total cost to build the tent myself was 65$.(panda film, tape, pvc, pvc fittings)

I have placed the vegging Purple Kush,Burmese, and chemdawg in the tent for the last week and they are loving it much more than the old mylar setup.

I am in the process of building another tent for vegging so i can have continual harvests in the future.

No pics this week because the camera is out of town but lets just say things are looking twice as wide and tall as the last pics.

Hope everyone is having a good night, and thank god obama has taken some action with the new federal policy on MMJ...

Time to get blazed again :Tomcat:

Thanks shake, your too kind man. I would recommend making a tent yourself, the customization aspect can be quite fun and rewarding..:thumbsup:I thought about making a multi chamber tent but i will leave that to the real experts..Im in the process of making a smaller veg tent though, pics of that coming soon..Then i should be done with construction for a while.

Good Day All..
-The Purple Kush, Burmese, And chemdawg are all confirmed females after showing lots of hairs already.
-Just got done watering the pk and burmese w/ 1/2 Gallon of nutrient water consisting of 1tsp Tiger Bloom, 1 tbsp Big Bloom per gallon of water.
-They are both growing much better than the chemdawg, possibly because they are hybrids..? They will be transplanted into 5 Gallon buckets in the two weeks.
-The chemdawg is growing very tall and lengthy so i am not expecting much of a yield from her..Probably sativa dominant, Maybe it isnt even chemdawg..?
-I will be transplanting her into a 2 gallon bucket today and watering her with a 1/2 Gallon of water..

Quite possibly, but also quite possibly because they are clones. Any ideo how many generations of clones that one is removed from the original seed?

Everything looks great though! :greenthumb:

I wish I hadn't lost her... she grew like my sour diesel does.

Veg it for -3 weeks until about 10 inches tall then cut the lights youll have a 30 inch tall plant that wiil finish flowering about 9-10 weeks of 12/12:thumbsup:

With the clones.... photo #3 .....that cut is 1/4 inch below the node at about a 45 degree angle.....you wanna bury about 1 inch of stem.:hippy:

It will probably take 3-4 weeks to get roots on your cuts

Oh.... make sure you keep the starts/clones in some sort of a humidity dome for the first 7-10 days 90% humidity...you want to see fog so to speak... from the warmth and moisture

Wow. The ladies(Pk,B,CD) needed water again tonight so i threw em back in the bathtub and nailed em each with a gallon of fresh water(PK,B) and the (CD) w/ 1/2 Gallon..then let them drain for 20 min.. Every time i have been watering them they get sprayed with a mixture called SMC Leaf Wash. This stuff is keeping the leaves very shiny and healthy..It can be used all the way up until harvest, which is unique..I would highly recommend it to anyone..Hope everyone is high tonight..I know i am..

-I am getting very excited as harvest time is getting closer. The plants are getting frosty quickly and already growing long hairs which is quite the visual.. I am gonna be using purple max from humboldt for the last 3 weeks of this grow which should be very effective. When i used the stuff in my last hydro grow it turned some ok blueberry into some bubonic.
-I waterd today with 1 gallon of (wk.3)nutrient water for the Purple Kush and the burmese, and 1/2 gallon of (wk.3)nutrient water for the chemdawg. It is the first time they are getting grow big since veg and im excited to watch these colas grow after my last grow went sour..:smokin:

-I have read that they need a new container or grow area every month, so Should I Repot into a 7 Gallon pot to make sure there is no root problems or should i let em finish in the 5's.??? Lemme know what you guys think out there??

no bro your roots dont expand in flower like they do in veg.....you should be fine...I usually transplant a week, 10 days, before I cut the lights they stay in the last potter for the entire flower period.

Your what 3-4 weeks into flower....If you started loosing alot of leaves from the bottom up turning yellow I would say transplant...but your shit looks healthy:thumbsup::hippy:

Everything is looking healthy as usual in the flower box, the purp kush is getting ready for the axe about a week from today, the burmese 2 weeks from today, and the chem dawg 3 weeks from today. I bought a mini 60x-100x microscope so i can harvest when ripe for about 15$ shipped off amazon, definitely recommend this to everyone..
I am watering the plants in flowering every 4 days, which is not only perfect for my schedule but ideal imo..
I have been giving the purp kush and burmese purple maxx every other watering for the last two weeks and holy shit, this stuff causes extreme crystallization with only a few applications. I am using this stuff for the last 3 weeks on all my plants instead of the fox farm. last time i did this all of my smoke was one hitter quitter..:thumbsup:

can't wait for the chop chop BP! everything looks like you got it wet and then rolled it in sugar and dipped it into silver.

I feel ya shake, i am getting kind of nervous myself, i have never been so close to such a healthy harvest..I am gonna have to give credit to fox farm line up and humboldt purp maxx for the sugar and silver look. I have followed these products by the bottle since i got the plants and they have not dissapointed..recommend these products to everyone..
At the moment the trichs on the purp kush are 50%clear 50%cloudy..5 days from now should be the day i harvest the purp kush, 12 days from now for the burmese, and 19 days for the chem dawg...Gonna try and get lots of pics for everyones viewing pleasure..

My Flowering Box-Sealed shut about 95% of the time..I built this box with 10ft of 60ml panda film(14$),allot of pvc 1inch and tons of the tees and 4 elbows(35$),6inch duct fan and duct attatchment(30$), 2 rolls of heavy duty black duct tape(10$)..total cost 89$ including the fan..

Everyone see that Orb in the corner of the picture, that would be the ghost that guards my plants...

The ladies are all dripping with thc at the moment and getting fatter by the day...I am using Purple Maxx every other watering alternating with fresh water. They are getting watered every 4 days still and getting sprayed with SMC leaf wash heavily every 4 days..

Thanks for the kind words everyone. Well Today the purple kush stems/branches were snapping clean. I smoked a few joints and this stuff and its Grade A+. The smoke taste like grapes, and delivers an amazing long cerebral/body high..Some of the best smoke i have ever had..The final Harvest for Purple Kush was 54 grams after 5 days of curing next to a fan on full blast...Chem Dawg And Burmese Harvest/Smoke Reports coming soon..
