And I named her Sativa!

SHe is aprox. 8 months old and she is a lovable sweetheart and a complete baby. She's kind of skittish still however and walking her is an experience all in itself because she cowers but she's getting better.

I loves her!

Congratulations! I'm happy for you. Dogs are so much better than people in a lot of respects. I have an Akita and a Cane Corso.

cat's can be cool too. it's pretty weird how different animals can form one pack.

greeri, is that a corn in your avatar? if so what kind?

Cute dog! Please treat it well, otherwise it will become deadly. My friend has a pit too and its the meanest looking dog, but nicest ever.

I have a cat too. Cat's are fun, just different from dogs.

Great looking pup!

Just don't let her off the leash, or out of your sight. A pit bull in my neighborhood was dog-napped last year - the dog was seen with the thief and the owner eventually got it back.

She's really coming out of her shell.

She walks on the leash fine now and she is even fattening up. She sleeps with me and follows me everywhere. Such a big baby! Very protective of me though.

I'm glad we got her.

Dogs are the most protective and loving animals i have ever been around. A dog really has a keen sense of who it's owner is and some dogs are very very protective of their owners. Pits are fun and loving if you raise them right.

These are the most loyal of all the breeds of pits. I have a female also that looks just like yours. She is great for protection and she is very much smarter than any other pits she has been around(many of them). Just keep in mind not to let her run through the grow room or brush up against the plants, they do gather hitchhikers,i.e. MITES. Just speaking from been there done that. peace.

thats a beauty reb and love what you have named her:Di've owned dogs all my life and am a big dog lover, my little bit of advice to you training the dog now as much as you can will make life alot easier. dog training classes are excellent as the dog gets to socialise with other people and other dogs. have to disagree with keeping a dog on the leash all the time, a dog needs good exercise and a proper run' with a well trained dog you can allways have them in sight and with a short recall have them by your side.i'm sure your going to love her to bits and be rewarded with loads of love and affection back, enjoy:thumbsup::)

B/s!!! It is all bout the actual bloodline of your pit, And how you raise an treat them. Get some Hardcore facts, then talk Blue pits are just as loyal as red noses. An then you would have to have facts an papers stating the exact bloodline of your dog. Which pure blood red noses tend to have very lil white in them usually on their chest lil patch. Then you get red nose pits pure blood also that end up wit a black nose which are not as common due to specific blood line. An dogs have thier own personality like each and everyone of us. Gator-(Blood Line) Pits are really protective an aggressive also

i totally agree with you KBG!

i have two red nose pits, both rescued from a shelter. they are so funny. they play with my cats and my pig. they are all buddies. that's what i was referring to above with clan remark.

one of my dogs swears one of the cats is hers. they are nuts. the most gentle dogs you've ever seen. one of them loves to ride on my shoulders in something similar to a fireman's carry. weirdos.
