time to harvest?

got three nice little girls that bugs and paranoia made me bring inside mid summer. low light on the porch made them leggy but they flowered and are starting to bud 2-3 weeks now. Cold and shorter days will take em out pretty soon -so is there a "ideal" time to harvest? pic incl'ed.

Still got atleast a month to go. Try and give them as much light as you can.

Are you able to supplement those with CFLs?

im thinking of moving them to the basement with lights etc but worried about losing what i gained. perhaps harvest what is growing and move the rest of the plant ? That would be my first serious indoor grow. I'd like some product but getting some experience growing indoors is good too. :rasta:
