Keep it legal???? But But dispensaries are Illegal in Washington State....Medical Marijuana is legal on the state level....but MMJ stores are illegal...Probably why a dispensary in Spokane just got popped and shut down
Does your facility require a person to keep their info on file with your store...DONT DO THAT...cause when you get popped... all that info will be in the hands of LEO

Its interesting that you see it that way...actually the law as far as dispensaries go is very gray. When the law changed to read "designated provider" rather than caregiver it gave the legal loop hole for dispensaries. Dispensaries are running on the basis that they are the designated provider for "one patient at a time" and when the transaction closes they then become D.P. for another patient. Even Spokan police admit they don't know that the dispensary was actually breaking the law but want a court to define whether they are or not. This being a pivitol point in WA state law reguarding "dispensaries" A court will have to define "one patient at any one given time" and with the support the public is giving to the dispensaries, it will in all likelyhood rule that it is legal. Not all patients are well enough to grow their own medicne and not all can pay to set up to grow. Dispensaries are needed in order for these patients to obtain their medication rather than buying from the black market. Times are changing, my friend, and we consider ourselves leading the way:)

I do wish you luck and I hope not to read about your store in the future...
But look at places like California...they been saying we are legal for awhile now.... just last week 14 stores were shut down in 1 day by LEO
1 point you never answered.... Do you have to keep patient info on file in your store??

Given the nature of the work that we do and the gray area that dispensaries fall into as far as Washington state law goes the answer is yes. Of course, we keep very close records as to whom we provide to and when. we must be sure to only provide to "one patient at any one time" and documentation is absolutely necessary. As far as the patients go the law is very clear, they are protected legally in obtaining and using cannabis so the files we keep have no bearring on the legal medicinal patient. We do appreciate your concern and assure you that we are doing everything we can to stay in the legal area of the law as best you can in Washington State.

Please come to clark county and prove your point, I would love to come to your trial and support you. But, your to far away for me too travel. Sorry, I will think of you guy's thou and the hard work of your lawyers you have saved your money for. Ya'll better have alot of money for such a weak argument, the intent also says our lawful use is not to be IMPAIRED, yet they (LEO) impair it daily with B.S. excuses , and the courts buy it for all it's worth. Just keep us patient's in mind and not your profit. God speed.
