very few strains actually require 12/12. Most will flower much sooner. Your best bet is to check for any possible light contamination. Also, how old is the plant?, has it shown preflowers? If it isn't beginning to flower by this point it's most likely getting light at night, and unfortunately will probably not have time to finish outdoors. Sorry, dude.

its got pre flowers,6 months old and the same plasce as cheese and white widow?strange or wot.when i sex it by covering a branch this took 7 weeks to show
