flower then prune the re-flower

Hey guys and girls, im a new noob.

Just wondering if it is possible to let your plant flower, harvest it, prune it then change the light hours back to 18/6.

Would it grow again and then after a month or so change the hours to 12/12 for flowering?

Possible or not?
