hey everyone
i was wondering, if a female flowering plant, started pushing those little banana looking male flower heads out of the tip of a few buds (they look like pre-male flowers) does that mean theres seeds already growing within the previously female looking buds?
id have a picture but i pinched it off before i thought about it

probably not to your question- the male flower would have to mature open and release its pollen - i had some hermies this year- I had one that ended up having nanners all in the buds- I pulled the plant and looked throughout the buds for seeds- I found a couple in one bud- Pull or take some tweezers and extract the nanners as you find them and you should be cool

no, it means that your plant has gone hermie and is starting to produce male sex organs. these will open up into flowers that will release pollen. the pollen will get caught on the pistils which will then move it to the calyxes where the seeds will develop until they are ripe at which time the calyx will open and drop the seeds.
this of course is assuming that you haven't missed any of the male parts!
