Hey everyone im back :D, i noticed nobody had commented on my other thread that i posted. Well time has been flying by and i thought id post pictures of my lil babies to see how they were doing. My set up is pretty much the same. For now, i have 2 100 watt light bulbs over the plants. I do plan on buying some CFLs as they get bigger but for now ill stick with the 200 watts. Please feel free to post anything you guys want. Please try not to flame my growing =/. I know i already made a dumb move by planting more than 1 in the same pot. BUT HEY! its my first time growing i didnt think they would actually grow to the point of how they are now. Feel free to leave any comments :D. Thanks! OH and its some homegrown trainwreck from bagseed :).

EDIT!: Another thing, i noticed that on two plants the two little petals at the bottom are starting to turn a little yellowish, could someone let me know why?? Thanks!

are they under incandescent bulbs? you have a shit-ton of stretch there. get them under some CFLs or get them outside or at least in some sunlight indoors.

the little round leaves are called cotyledon. these are a seedlings food storage. it is normal for them to die off when the plant uses up all of the food reserves in them.

Hey shake thank you so much for replying to my thread. ive noticed you helped a lot of people so im taking the time to appriciate this :D. But yes i do have them under light bulbs heres a link of wut type of light bulbs. http://www.fdsons.com/images/elect/sylvania_100w_light_bulbs_2481877.jpg They are sylvania 100 watt light bulbs that are supposed to last up to 1500 hours. im using 2 of them currently. Yea i do plan on switching to CFLs really soon i jus need to get the money to get them haha. Another thing i also plan on doing is moving to outdoor growing, but as the weather is as of now i dont know if that would be a good idea hence summer ending and winter starting. OHHH so thats what those petals are, hmm i see i see. Thanks for the information. Another thing thanks for taking the time to come to my thread and letting me know how they are doing =]

get those CFLs as soon as possible. in the meantime sit your plants by the window to get some sunlight. don't put them outside and then bring them back in as this can bring in bugs and other things that you don't want on your plants in.

the incandescent bubls are worthless. 90% of the energy they are consuming is getting turned into heat, the other 10% into light.

outdoor growing is over until next year. plant in the spring and harvest around october. depending on your location etc.

Your plants are only going to stretch under incandescent bulbs:jointsmile:
