Carbon filter

With a carbon filter, would I be able to vent back in to the same room as the grow? I don't have any easy way to vent outside and smell is definitely an issue in my house..

yes. the point of a carbon filter is to remove the smell so you can vent where you need to, wherever that might be.

Yep just stick it in the same room as your grow and let it recycle the air. I like to pump my hot dirty air into another room and put my carbon scrubber in there.
