Seed Germination in Rockwool

What is the best way to germintate seeds in rockwool using an ebb and flow system?

ummm hand spray them just alil damp don't fill that table yet thats a ways away yet drop the seed in and keep em damp not soaked.rapid rooters are much better for me no fungus/mold/algea no mess but work with what you have.
