Ok Gang here we are Sept 2nd! My fat-ass Outdoor girls are barley throwing Flower! Don't get me wrong some hairs are starting now. However, bud set and thickness look amazing! Sooo Dense!! Hence making them very suceptible to Bud Mold/Rot. Just 3 days ago I had to cut off a couple nice (moldy) bud sites!

To make Matters even more complicated my neck of the woods is still at 13 + Hours of daylight and flowering seems/is excruciatingly Slooooow! That said Im looking at at least 5 more weeks minimum. With Nights getting cool and morning dew starting to get heavier and more consistent im thinking This is a recipe for disaster with plants as Dense and thick as these! A "Perfect (mold) Storm" if you will.

After all this care love and work I cant let the chubby chix go down now! I gotta do something!!

so here is what I have done:

I have a spare room (workspace) about 6X4 (winter grow room??? :D) Since my plants are in pots they will live in the light tight room at night and soak up the still strong September sunlight during the day! This way The Plants stay bone dry (Mold defense) and I can get them to exactly 12/12 (Force Flower Plan) 3 weeks sooner than mother nature will!

Hopefully this will help with a strong mold free unrushed finish of sticky, stank, crystal covered Giant Buds before the frost!

Please chime in and let me know if this will work after all I wont sit by and watch them rot!.....anybody??

Move down south dude! Avoid the mold! :D

Seriously, I hope your plan works. I ran into the same scenario when I lived in NJ! The northeast is evil on the bud!!!

I would have done the 12 hour switch: indoors to outdoors and back, from the beginning.....since their in pots. All it takes is commitment...:)

I did it for 60+ days...not hard....13 plants.
