I'm a newbie with one hydro harvest (from donated clones created from seeds found in a bag from wherever) under my belt with GH. I harvested only 3 oz per plant, didn't know what I was doing, felt fortunate to get a yield at all. Second harvest in flower now. Much better, much healthier, SOG through bending... but damn the work! I'm spending a lot of time baby sitting ph and water temps. The change outs each week are killing my time and harshing my mellow.... not to mention costs.

My neighbor (the bastard that got me into hydro... LOL) is going soil now and I wonder if I should too? Are there any better nute products/systems out there for hydro?

PS: 400 lights, basement, hight altitude of 7500 ft., well water, running gh nutes at 3/4 strength. Water temps between 65 and 71, using hygrozime in 1/4 strength doses as maintenance.

welcome to the boards GOG. this is the section where you intorduce yourself, hence the title.

if you are having specific plant problems you might want to try plant problems (http://boards.cannabis.com/plant-problems/).

you can also check the growing information (http://boards.cannabis.com/growing-information/) where there is a hydroponics (http://boards.cannabis.com/hydroponics/) sub-forum as well as others where your post would be better suited.

if you'd like to get more people to look at your post, then proper placement is key.

not to mention, the question you ask is very subjective. start a new thread in the growing forum and post your expectations/desires with a more detailed account of what you've got going on now. there is a wealth of knowledge/experience around here that can get you where you want to be.

welcome again and good growing!

Using a friends MAC and having a tough enough time running the damn thing let along finding the right forum.
