CFLs + LEDs???

Sup guys.... Was wondering if I need to add some CFLs in my LED grow.

Ive seen grows on here with and without CFL additions... Is it worth it?

If you are only using red and blue LEDs, then a CFL will add the missing light frequencies.

The latest five-band LEDs require no supplementary lighting.

ahh i see... my LED light is quad band so i suppose i will add some CFLs... thanks for the info!
