Hello all....i have been lagging like no other getting my cab built so my plant that i started to practice on is taking off and i have a 400hps not being used and im wondering if it would be too late since its whole life been in natural sun on the patio.. Its been flowering(the first time the pistols started showing good) proably been 3-4 weeks. The reason why im asking this is becuase the braches havent been filling up with buds just lil colas everywhere. Lots of white hairs.. This is my first time so any help will help. using canna nutes with fox farms soil.. Please let me know if you think i should switch to indoor. or if its too late, i want to get the most out of th plant so ya..... also I keep hearing all this stuff about plants going hermie and i want to know how can you tell when a plant does turn hermie.
Thanks yall

I'm on my second grow this year and I have great weather where I'm at so I let them grow outside until they're ready to flower and then bring them inside to cut down the light which results in wicked good buds for me. I don't think you'll have a problem at all short of a few pests but if you're careful you can avoid all that.
Good luck

Any chance anybody knows the signs when a plant does turn hermie. I have two plants.way less the half the age of the plant thats flowering. The reason why i ask this is because its started to show pistols all over and its barly 7 weeks i think. But the pistols are having almost like lil buds i want to say but i could be wrong and it could be pollen sacks. my camera sucks at close up shots so i cant really get a good one of the bud.

I just started seven MNS Neville's Haze seeds outdoors with the plan to move them indoors to finish. This strain often is grown 12 hours of day light right from seed or clone so if the plants don't veg much before they flower then no problem. If they veg and stretch I can deal with that too by growing horizontal. The main concern I have is bringing in nasty bugs. I may be able to translant into clean soil just before I bring 'em in.
Positive thoughts...

All you outdoor/patio growers that are hybrid like me. outdoor to indoor, What times did you plants start to flower and what area are you from?? im in socal and thought it seemed a bit early for them to start flowering(been for a month and half)... Anyways a quick question if someone could answer is that im setting up my tent(non toxic) and im confused on how to run the filter fan and light set up. my light is a sun tube that i think i can put the ducting on but how would i incorporate the filter on there too so it sucks air in, the reason is ask is it you can only do one or the other it seems like?. cause my filter is way bigger then the ducting so the ducting wont be able to go around it all and i would need to suck air through the filter so im dumb founded.some advice would be nice. the fan is gonna right be outside the tent.
