just a couple tips to keeping your metabolism that a lot of people may not do
1. eat breakfast - you dont want your body to go into fasting mode
2. eat little meals throughout the day - By eating every 2-3 hours throughout the day, your body is constantly having to digest that food, break it down, send it to the right places, and all of these processes keep your metabolism running, which, over time, can speed up your metabolic rate
3. Sleep - try to get a normal nights sleep, no napping! when your sleep patterns are irregular it throws your metabolism out of wack. doesnt know when to burn, store fat.
4. resistance training - aerobic exercise burns fat. combined with strength training high intensity 8 reps per set will speed it up even more.
5. caffeine - start your day with a cup of java. speeds the nervous system up. dont go nuts with it. and once your body is acclimated to the caffeine its effects on your metabolism may diminish
6. dont eat late at night - your body has nothing to do with the food but store it as fat.
hope this helps some people out. and if anything, its healthy living!
