To much light.
Not enough.
Not enough nutrients.
Or to much.

Hey brah,
If this is the kind of bulb you are using (Energy Saving Light Bulbs ΓΆβ?¬β?? 20 Watt Compact Fluorescent Light Bulb - Your Guide To Green (http://www.yourguidetogreen.com/store/home-garden/energy/20-watt-cfl-light-bulb-buy-4-get-1-free-/prod_1648.html)) then the problem could be that you are not using NEARLY ENOUGH light for even one cubic foot of space.
Let's go over a few things:
1.) There needs to be an absolute MINIMUM of 5000 lumens per cub. ft. to have even the smallest growth and production that's worth anything
2.) What kind of soil are you using?
3.) Are there drain holes in the bottom of the cups so excess water can exit and not cause mold/fungus?
4.) How big is the space you are using?
5.) Is there any circulation?
6.) How many hours on and off are your lights currently? Are you using a timer or manually turning on and off the lights?
7.) Is your grow area light proof from outside light?
That should be enough for now.
We'll see how this goes,

Hi Bro, make sure you place the lights close enough to the plants.Like 2-3 inches from the top..Happy growing and best of luck..:pimp:

The plants look like they are getting adequate light but what is that dirt you are using? Does it have a lot of fertilizer pre-mixed in, or compost?
They should recover fine, though. More light for sure as they grow, and be careful not to overwater of course.

Wow...High stinky. Long time no see. How's the new job going? Are you back for a while, or just checking-up on us, lol?

Doesn't look like a lighting issue to me, either. (no stretching)
stinky is a great source of information. Take heed, she knows her shit.
A good potting soil mix will do ya wonders throughout the grow. With dirt or compost you are more likely to be chasing problems all the way to harvest time.

Lol... the job is brutal. I've lost 40 pounds, and counting. I live on cheese, tortillas, pan-fried Australian seabass, and PBR. I now have epoxy nails so they won't tear off. I get frequent sinus infections from fungal pathogens I encounter at work, both air- and water-borne. There's swimming involved, in inhabited waters, and the inhabitants include some metazoans... I soak my feet in industrial disinfectant (virkon) a couple times a week to avoid the jungle rot. I can arm-wrestle roofers and make a contest of it (I should start actually winning soon, at this rate). I've learned that going out in public in rubber slop boots and cargo shorts gets you phone numbers from both sexes. My ass looks amazing and is hard as a rock... not like you can tell under the dirty cargo shorts.... climbing ladders with 50 lb sacks of whatsits over your shoulder is good for that. It's agriculture, all right... I love it, I hate it, I couldn't trade it for anything, but DAMN I smell awful. My hands have aged a decade in six months. I've got no fingerprints left. I carry a leatherman, a maglite, a pair of visegrips, and a circuit tester in my pocket at all times. The leatherman actually came out last night at a fancy restaurant where the bread was um.. less than tender... much to the chagrin of the bartender... lol... My house got robbed last week and I haven't had time to deal with it. They got the manuscript for a book I was writing. Not backed up recently, either. I'm broke, tired, and struggling. But I'm still here, still sleeping in my own bed at night, and sleeping peacefully.
It's life, man. You run and run and run and just hope that the course of the race is scenic. I thank my lucky stars that for every step I've taken in my journey, the vistas have been breathtaking.

good to see you around stinky.
glad that you are enjoying life even though they seem to always keep pushing the finish line back (metaphorically speaking not in years of age). sounds like you are having a good time and that's what's important.
LMAO @ leatherman in a fancy restaraunt, hacking bread!
we miss you around here! take care.
