Well,
After long thought i've decided to re-establish in California. I am tired of running around like a criminal in order to recieve my pain meds. I would like a county that allows med patients to grow their own medication that doesn't have a very low limit on plants...i need a good 10-15plants growing at a time as its important to have 4-5 good moms and then ten plants for meds...any reccomendations and help would be greatly appreciated...i'm not rich so I can't afford much bet i want a fresh start in Cali...please help

Alameda County is a nice place to live and one of the most progressive. Get your Alameda County State Card and nobody will harass you provided you aren't acting stupid.

The basic 6 mature/12 immature, plus a sheriff who has stated in the local newspaper that he will bust medical patients whose plants even look like they will produce more than 8 oz! Only one dispensary in the county- been open less than one month.

Kelly Case Sees Oral Argument | California NORML (http://www.canorml.org/news/kellyoa.html)

Basically they just deemed a patient's amount determined by law to be unconstitutional, in this one case at least, we'll see what happens!!

You can expect a case of blue balls if you're thinkin about moving to San Diego or San Bernardino Counties.

And they will not have been obtained while having fun.

I'm a medicinal in San Diego County & have had zero problems. I also can grow up to 99 plants through corporate via my local clinic. Works through the donor plan.

Stay the hell away from Alameda, San Fran, and San Diego then! Provided you are talking about having an indoor set up to keep your rotation, you're going to want cheap rent too, right? You can come to the Bay Area and cough up 1400 for a shitty 3 bedroom or decent 2 bedroom in a neighborHOOD where you will most likely be robbed blind.

Man, try Humboldt, or hell, even Del Norte county. I'm trying to work my way back up to Arcata now. I've been in the bay for 5 years, and let me tell you, that's about one too many! :smokin:

Also, Humbolt has some awesome beaches, even some black sand beaches. Hawaii in CA. =)

I don't know what planet you're living on but two months ago San Diego County Prosecutor Bonnie Domanis went on a rampage and caused a lot of heartache for many medical cannabis dispensaries and users. AND she has threatened more of the same.

To consider San Diego County as med cann friendly at this point in time is pure inanity.
