Allright so here is what I am thinking for my first setup, I will use one side of my closet that is 18.5"x24"x66'' , for light i will use a 150 watt HPS light, I am not very good at math so PLEASE correct me if i am wrong, but that would give me about 16 watts of light per square foot, is that going to be enought light and space to grow about 2-3 good sized plants? Also, what would be a good and efficient way to partition this space from the rest of my closet? As far as ventilation goes Im not quite sure, I was thinking about cutting a hole in top of the closet and install an inline duct fan but my only thing about this is that i am currently renting and just a little bit worried about messing stuff up basically. Any imput at all would be greatly apperiated and thanks in advance

OK, first correction, that will equal abt 50watts per square foot. That is a good amount of light for your space. Not sure what you consider "good size plants" but yes 2 maybe 3 plants will fit that area.

To build a partition consider foil faced foam insultion boards abt 1" thick. It cuts easy can be taped to seal and has enough structural strength. As to cutting holes and stuff in a rental...you are on your own. Good luck.:D

If you have space invest in a small 10 x 10 green house or equivelant. More info if you think about coming out of the closet. LMAO

yea by good size plants I mean 2-3 feet at end of flower maybe... for a partition i was thinking some heavy duty black plastic that would either be stapled or nailed in on one side and then velcroed on the other side.... your thoughts

i wish i could but that might be out of my price range and my house is completely surrounded by woods so i wouldnt have enough sunlight
