maybe what you are smoking is laced? lol. j/k. (at least i hope it's not laced.)
doesn't sound like schizophrenia to me. hallucinations are one of the symptoms though. i'd say it would take much more than that to get you diagnosed. although i'm no doctor.
perhaps it's could manifest in the future.
go see a damn doctor!

You have any schizophrenia in the near-family? I know it's genetic. Doesn't mean that someone still can't develop it if no one in their family has it. I got an aunt who's schizophrenic - it doesn't look fun....
headshake was right that hallucinogens are a symptom of schizophrenia...and as far as worrying about having a mental problem someday, don't worry about it so much - or you might!

ps...see a doc

don't assume you have such radical conditions, you're more likely suffering from hypochondria

This probably isn't the best place to seek mental health information, if your flags are correct (ie you are actually in nsw) you could contact the Mental Health Information Service (1300 794 991) or visit Information | Information (http://www.mentalhealth.asn.au/information/information.html), or another option would be to walk into your local communtiy health centre and ask to speak to someone about your troubling thoughts.
Best wishes Denis.

You can't diagnose yourself. As someone else said you would probably be more predisposed to it if you have a family history of schizophrenia.
The reason you cannot self diagnose it is that schizophrenia is characterised by extreme paranoia and delusions that others are plotting against you. If this was happening you can't diagnose whether your paranoia is a healthy amount or disproportionate to reality.
If you are seriously concerned then visit a psychiatrist or at least try and check the DSM-IV for schizophrenia to see if the symptoms match up.
Actually I just remembered a simple test that might give some indication. Have someone move an object such as a pen in front of your vision. Try not to focus on, or follow the pen. People with schizophrenia often struggle not to follow a moving object due to hyperactivity caused by excess dopamine.
From your description, it doesn't sound like you're schizophrenic. If you're really that worried get checked out for peace of mind.

Forehead vein? Schizophrenia for sure. That's the easiest way to tell.
