Ok here it is, 5 plants flowering, 1 is about 3 weeks from harvest and i 1 time a day after watering i sqeeze the sides of the pot to breake up the soil so the plant can breath better but now the pot is really hard, maybe needed a bigger pot for it. So question is at this stage can i transplant it to a bigger pot without hurting the plant or stunning it? The other 4 have not grown or changed at ALL in the last 3 weeks, no signs of new growth or anything. Any ideas what is going on with them? Thanks in advance for any replies!! :wtf:

The 1 that is 3 weeks away I'd leave if it has decent bud sites going and just feed it nutes for the next week or so, then flush the heck out of it and see what happens. BTW one thing that happens with pressing in the sides of the pot, alot of the space you open up is between the root mass and pot, so when you water you get lots of run off out the bottom but the root/medium does not get soaked throughly.

The others I would transplant to larger containers if they are full of roots. (it sounds like it)

It is hard to know exactly what you have going on without pics or any other info. Consider filling out a troubleshooting form, a small pain that pays more responces.

Sounds like you are compacting the rootball with your watering technique, and the roots are likely air-pruning themselves around the perimiter of the rootball as a result. Moisture and nutrient uptake are likely at a minimum, plus you damage roots.

Don't do that any more.

Late flower soil decline is common. Seems to get a crust, and moisture retention fades.
If having problems with soil not absorbing moisture when watered, and everything flows straigh through...try adding a teaspoon of non-antibacterial dishsoap per gallon of water, for a couple of consecutive waterings. The non-antibacterial dishsoap (don't kill your soil biology) acts as a surfactant, and the soap bubbles actually hold some of the moisture till the medium decides to absorb it. Should carry you through till harvest.

Well still no pics yet, cant find the camera..lol will in a day or so but, the dishsoap seems it maybe working.the leaves are perking up now, i flushed the other 4 seems to be showing a little new growth but the other 3 are not.they are like frozen in time..oh well we will just have to wait and see i guess.oh, the 1 thats is a little bigger and only about 3 weeks or so from harvest the after using the dishsoap i also used half a tsp of molasses to 1 gal. of water and seems to be smelling alot stronger now..lol ;)
