best way to use herb

What's the best way to prepare/use herb so it won't take forever to get the thc out of your system? I am asking this because I don't live in a friendly state, and I have to deal with random tests.

I heard that cooking, or preparing a green dragon would be my best bet.
Does anyone care to shed some insight on the subject?:)
