Michael Schiavo decided to have his wife's body cremated after her parents' lawyers obtained medical records showing she had sustained broken bones, a nurse who cared for Terri Schiavo is now claiming.
"He wanted her cremated after the bone fractures and dislocations were found," nurse Carla Sauer Iyer, who cared for Terri in the mid-1990s while she was at the Palm Gardens Convalescent Center, told ABC Radio host Sean Hannity on Friday.
"He immediately went to court and [said he] wanted her body cremated at that time," she said, "after we got hold of the records that proved there were dislocations and fractures."
A 1991 report on a bone scan performed on Terri Schiavo states:
"There are an extensive number of focal abnormal areas ... These include: multiple bilateral ribs ... both sacroiliac joints ... both knees and both ankles."
Radiographs reveal "compression fractures" of the spine and right femur. ... "Compression fracture presumably traumatic," the report says.
Nurse Iyer said she recently contacted Palm Gardens to encourage co-workers who also cared for Terri to speak out - but said they have been muzzled. "The administrator had gotten them together and they talked about what happened with Michael," Iyer told Hannity. "The people who have worked with Terri who are still there, they cannot talk to reporters - they would be terminated."

this is fucking retarded now, so the husband supposeivly beat the shit out if his vegetable wife, and to hide the injuries he wants her cremated. this sound like a fucked up nancy drew book, i claim bullshit, if this was remotely true dont you think her parents would have been smart enough to bring it up in court.

Howdy juggalo420,
If you knew anything about domestic abuse, you'd know that the victims almost always are too ashamed to report their abuse to anyone-including their parents. I believe that her husband, exacerbated her bullemia, and threw her around, like a rag doll. Adultry,is a motive,in and of it's self, that will lead to domestic battery and is a motive for murder.
Go ahead and revel in your culture of death, this ain't over - by a long shot.

if this were true, it would of made a difference. this is a local contraversy here. if what this article is saying is true to this shciavo case, the feeding tube never would of been removed, and her husband would not of requested a complete autopsy upon her death, as that would of proven his abuse and there never would of been a so called feeding tube removal order

Howdy nota..and good mornin,
From what I understand,it's the parents who want an autopsy done..and Michael is the one who want's a cremation, within one hour after her death..I believe,to destroy all forensic evidence. We only have the word of an adulterer, that Terri wanted to be euthanized,in contradiction of her Catholic Faith..just because the party of death, lost the election..doesn't mean that they also lost their power to kill Terri, for the advancement of the euthanasia agenda.
Have a good one....

Be caeful not to confuse 2 seperate issues here.
OK so her husband may be a fuckup, but there's plenty of them around anyway. But dont let your feelings towards a fucked up husband cloud judgement on the entirely seperate euthnasia debate.

howdy torog and good morning
on the report i read this morning, i think it was her husbands lawyer who stated that an autopsy would be performed upon her death to show the extensive brain damage, but i may be wrong.
but, any way you look at it, starving to death is no way to die

Howdy Funken,
There is no debate within me-in regards to euthanasia,as a Christian..I'm totally against it. You're right about one thing..the euthanasia debate,is seperate..because what we have here..is the completion of attempted murder,by the State.

Howdy nota,
I found a report on that,it seems that you're right..it doesn't say whether or not, that a full autopsy will be performed..but if it is,then I can only hope and pray..that Felos will have committed a big mistake, resulting in a criminal investigation of him and Michael..God works in mysterious ways..maybe God swayed Felos's mind..so that the truth will be exposed.
One way or another,God's Wrath, will rain down upon these vile, evil men..and maybe America too.

your full of shit, are you a family friend, do you know her, all the info all of us have to go on is second and lots of times third hand. so its dangerous to play amatuer detective and crucify the husband without being personally involed and only making guesses as to motives.

Im really interested Torog you being an appearant republican and obvious Texan, I would just like to get some things straight Schiavo aside.
From past threads I have gathered that you are against suicide, abortion and euthanasia and are now talking about 'attempted murder, by the state'...your state however has carried out some 256 executions over a decade and kills juveniles, mentally ill and mentally retarded people...so long as they are convicted criminals.
So people shouldn't be allowed to kill themselves, no matter the circumstances. Women cannot terminate or 'kill' the mass of cells in them as the result of conception, no matter the circumstances and yet under the right circumstances states should be allowed to kill-kids, retards and crazy people?

Howdy juggalo420,
Actually, you may be right..and I conceeded that point to my girlfriend yesterday, when we had a rather heated discussion on the info that I've been basing my arguments on. I believe that I will step back somewhat..but I will continue to pray for Terri, several times a day. Now that Michael Schiavo, has foolishly agreed to an autopsy,in order to prove that he's right..I can only hope, that instead, the autopsy, will reveal criminal actions on his part..God works in mysterious ways, when it comes to bringing folks to justice;)

Here's hoping mate!!! Might get you to do something about your stupid decrepit gun laws, you never know.
In fairness, I would say the husband in this case needs examining, as he's clearly got some bizarre motives that are not all about the well being of his wife. But as for state intervention regardng euthanasia, bollocks, its no concern of them, christian or not. Freedom, you know, that thing you bandy around with verhement rhetoric - why does it not apply to someones wish to end their life with some dignity?
And further more, your press should feel ashamed.

Howdy Nullific,
Welcome to frontier justice, where one is held accountable for their actions..whether they are young, retarded or crazy. I believe that, when we stand before God,in Judgement, all the choices we made in our life, good or bad, will be written in the Book of Life..will we be excused for being young and foolish, retarded or crazy ? I don't know..but I do know-that innocent folks, don't deserve to be preyed upon-by the young and foolish, the retarded or crazy..however..liberal judges do believe that society must be preyed upon by the criminal..for liberal judges, the rights of the criminal, are placed above the rights of the innocent victims..lest we mistakely convict an innocent man or woman or child. The recidivism rate, for certain crimes,is very high..criminals of that sort..should not be allowed to ever victimize anyone, ever again.
If the kid at the Red Lake incident, had been captured, instead of killing himself, would you vote for the death penalty,if you were a juror..or give him Life without parole ? I think that the prozac he was taking, did influence him negatively,so I'd be interested if there was a possibilty of rehabilitation..I would tend to vote for life without parole,in that case,or at least a minimum time served..before the possibility of parole,in deference and consideration of his victims,at least 30-40 years. Each case is different, and I don't like the idea of law-abiding tax-payers,having to foot the bills of incarceration, for a mass-murderer,who may never reform, and whom may commit more murder, upon their release.
So..how many victims are you willing to accept..just because you wouldn't vote for the death penalty in capitol offense cases ? At some point,as a juror, you have to calculate the cost to society..and then be ready to accept the consequences..if you're wrong.

People trying to find the villian....too funny! In 1992 Mike filed a wrongful Malpractice suit against her two doctors and the hospital for over 1 million for the acts leading up to her present state and WON! Don't you think that if there was abuse...etc. as all of the "villian hunters" would make us believe that the courts would have gave this settlement? Get a clue people!!!
