Temperature in the room I'm going to grow in gets up to 105F.
What is the best way to cool it down 30 Degrees?
Also whats the highest the humidity can be?
Thanks!

Buy an air conditioner. And keep humidity around 50% if you can only keep it at one setting. Ideally if you had control of your humidity you would probably veg grow around 60% and flower at a lower level like 30-40%. But if you have to pick a spot to stay at 50% is a pretty good happy medium.

Also, if you just have AC in the home that you use humidity should be fine, but if using a portable AC or one of the wall units, it will take away from the humidity of the room in some cases, so you may have to find a way to increase the humidity. Not saying you WILL have to, just giving a heads up on what to look for just in case!

There's a link in my signature for dealing with heat issues. (if soil is your medium)
Keep in mind I'm home all day, and monitor the temps and my meds very carefully. Results may vary, but the plants are pretty resilient. If you are not there to monitor changes, likely you should aim for lower temperatures.
After you get the hang of it, you get used to walking into a 98 degree flower shed, and thanking god that the temps are ok.
