Its a slang name of a weight of draw. I don't know if its used in the states but its common in the UK. 2 and a Q is another 1.

What is the weight of these and how much do they usually cost.

a Q over here is a quarter or seven grammes.. 50 euro for Q of draw or 100 euro for weed. rip off

been smoking in the uk for 25yrs and have never heard of these slang terms, i must lead a shelterd life:D

2 and ablue = 2oz and 1/4 (2 and a Q)

An Oz is 28 grams

A Q is 7 grams

Thus, 2 and a blue is 63 grams. But don't count on that exactly coz dealers in the Uk are shit and underweigh
