Im new at growing. I have some seeds that i got from a random bag my friend had. Whats the best way to grow them inside

probably easiest way is with soil but there is lots of ways to grow

thanks like what type of soil is best?....I heard oncet he plant starts growing place a fan neaer the base to create thicker stems.Is this true? What can i do to maximize my buds?....

im pretty new to this also myself but i have heard that it helps plus you definitly need a fan as it keeps the air moving around the plant its probably your most important tool it helps stop the air getting stagnent

how much light should i give it? does the type of soil matter or can i just buy some regular stuff from the garden store? how tall does the average plant grow to be? whats the average amount of buds on a plant?
