Well, it's about time for me to test again...I was last tested in early July, and after the test started smoking and have almost everyday...probably smoking about a gram or so a day, if that. The last time I smoked was this morning, so I've been clean for 12+ hours. The shit I've been smoking also hasn't really been of great quality, if that matters.

I have Crohn's disease, so I'm really skinny and don't have much body fat.
Work in an ice factory that requires physical labor for 8 hours a day, but don't really sweat much.
Last time I tested it had been 4 weeks since I smoked and I only smoked that 1 day..before smoking that day I was clean for probably 2-3 weeks, so I had a lot of time to clean up naturally.
What sort of method should I use over the time I have? Water/cranberry juice has been recommended by friends, plus having physical work/working out will help too.
Are their any 2 week methods out there that work? I had a friend who has been on probation and tested a lot tell me that I'd be fine smoking until August 2nd, but I'm staying clean now just to have that extra time.
