grow box for one plant?

HI im new to this website and Im trying to grow in my house but I have family. Im trying to use a 21' inch tall , 13'x19' inch wide with one computer fan on the side with a vent hole in the back in my clothes hamper. Its all white inside and I have a half gallon pot with a 4inch plant with 2 leafs and more coming. I have a 1 foot fluorescent 15w tube with reflector. Its looks fine now and Im doing the SOG method only with one plant though. Can I keep training the stem to bush out at a foot high and flower it in 30 days? should I stay at 12/12 for the whole time till the end? Its the only way I can because im 20 years old and im not moving out yet. maybe I should wait......

Am I understanding that you want to grow in your parents house without their knowledge?

I moved it to a bigger room. just my dad wants some of the finished product and no friends allowed to come over.:mad:
