Co2 tank help

I want to use a20lb co2 tank in my garden. Does anyone know if an argon/co2 tank for welding is the exact same tank as say one for beer or paintball?

you will be fine,as long as it has the same fittings for a regulator,and it housed co2 before.you dont want to use a tank that stored any other gas prior.just double check the date stamped into the bottle.there good for 5 years and there about $15 to fill.
