I really need some help here with the educated people on this forum. I use to be a heavy potsmoker for 2 years and was forced to quit. Last time I smoked was May 26 2009. Right after my last smoke, I started doing a natural detox while using niacin and working out for a solid 2 weeks constantly sweating and dieting. I did lose a few pounds during this process and started to relax as I didn't know when the test would be coming up. I started to eat heavy but was still active none the less. I'm 5'7", weight always ranges between 165-155. I have always thought to have a high metabolism as I would go to the bathroom several times a day. During the process, I was drinking cranberry juice and keeping myself urinating up to 30 times a day. I then switched to coffee as that ALWAYS makes me pee a lot. Anyway, I found out the test was coming up on July 22nd and drank coffee to make myself clear anything that might be left. I also took a home test which showed negative right away. So I took the test and it was a nice yellow and didn't seem water down. The very next day I had to take another test for a job and passed that with no problems. The following day after, I get a call from the company that I did the first test for and they said it was diluted. They forced me to come back at that moment to take another test. I was only able to give a very little piss but they said it would be enough. Now this is going to the lab as they don't do the emit test. It goes right to the gc/ms testing with a cutoff of 5ng. It was the 3rd or 4th piss of the day and they made me do from start to finish in the cup with no toilet. Other then the dilution, they said it detected nothing but if this one was to show a positive, I would be in some serious trouble. Now when I use to smoke, I would range anywhere between 3-4 blunts a day mostly to 2 blunts really. It wouldn't be the greatest bud as it was dirt. Would switch to goods every once in a while when it was around. The last 2 blunts I had was some good potent but with both blunts being 0.5 grams each. My problem is this, a child is involved and could lose the child for the rest of my life if this is to come up positive. I wouldn't be as worried but a cutoff of 5ng is serious I believe. They use Redwood Toxicology labs and they have a good rep. I have been clean with no exposure to any toxins for 59 days to the last test. What do you educated people believe my chances are in having a negative with a 5ng cutoff? Please I'm freaking out and stressed beyond belief and need some if any reassurance. I have read many reports on the net that says a chronic smoker can test positive as long as 3 months 60-90 days. This info coming from lab reports and other users that have tested this long. PLEASE give me some info. Sorry for the long post but I want to make sure I'm thorough as possible. Thanks for all your help in advance.
