i dont recommend trying this for anyone who is in a position where you would loose your employment or be revoked on probation, BUT this has been proven to work for several people and iv tested it myself many times against probation ua's. This not a sub. this is diluting your urine not subing or any special drinks or anything else. This meathod has saved me 3 times. One time i quit only 3 days before and i was fine, Water is the way to go. stop wasting your money on pills and other drinks.:thumbsup:
5 days before-do a cardio workout for roughly 1 hour, try to drink about 10 glasses of water throughout the day
day 4- same as day 5, you can drink 2-3 glasses of cranberry juice if you get sick of water
day 3- No more working out!, up your water intake to roughly 12 glasses a day or more
day 2- eat pasta or other fatty foods night before your ua to cover up any existing thc or other drugs in your fat cells
day of the test..you need to wake up 8 hours before your test,
hour 1- drink 3 glasses of water, Big full bar glass servings
hour 2- every time you piss drink 5-6oz of water,
(nothing but water from this point on, no foods or snacks, use chewing gum if your hungry)
hour3 to UA-every time you piss drink 5-6oz when you come down to 1 hour before the test you can dirnk 4oz instead of 6
Note: this method will work even if you were smoking daily every day before day 5. Warning!!- if your body mass index is over 20-25% i would recommend quitting 10 days before your test because your going to have alot higher chance of failure. Your going to be urinating a lot on the day of the test, This procedure ultimately comes down to wether you can handle using the restroom frequently for up to 10 hours.
